How does the Deko Instant Finance work?
When considering bigger purchases, finance options can relieve the strain on your wallet and put your mind to rest. We have reacted to customer demand in offering UK customers the option of spreading the cost of buying kit with Deko finance. We offer finance from 0% APR, subject to status. That's at no cost to you!
Shop as normal on the site and you will see representative examples on products over £400 (screenshot below). You can pay as little as a 10% deposit.. Have a play with the numbers and decide what you want your re-payments to be.
When you arrive at the checkout simply select the 'Deko' payment option and complete your order as normal. When the order is confirmed you will be prompted to complete the finance application. This process takes only a few minutes and you will get an instant decision. On some occassions there will be a 'referral' and some extra information is required by the lender.
It's a really fantastic way of spreading the pain of kitting yourself out with no extra cost to you!

- Minimum order value of £400, not applicable on price matches. For loans longer than 12 months minimum order value is £450 (after deposit and fees).
- Loans and rates are subject to status and are available to UK residents 18 years old and over
- Orders placed under finance cannot be partially returned and can only be either exchanged or returned for store credit.

Customers can also pay by bank transfer on request. For international customers payments by IBAN and SWIFT are accepted.
For your security all card payments are processed by SagePay, a specialist payments provider who are PCI compliant and recommended by the major banks. You may be asked for 3D secure authorisation if your issuing bank offers it.
In some instances we will ask for photographic identification to accompany a purchase. This is if we cannot do the necessary fraud checks with the information provided. Please understand this is to protect you from fraudulent transactions and any information is provided in strict confidence.
All payments are processed in GBP, any orders placed in other currencies are charged in GBP with an exchange rate calculated by your issuing bank - while exchange rates listed on our site are correct 99% of the time, however sometimes there will be a slight variation. If you are ordering from outside the UK you may be liable for additional international bank fees, if in doubt check with your issuing bank.
Will my card be debited when I place my order?

When you place an order via the website, card authorisation is taken immediately. This means funds are ring fenced from your account and your balance will be less the sum of the total order value.
From authorisation there are two options open to any business. To immediately debit the funds or to delay until goods are shipped. The method cannot be altered on a case by case basis and we debit funds on placing an order. The simple reason is because some goods are special ordered and by the time they are ready for dispatch the bank authorisation will have elapsed. We would then need to contact you again for payment and in the meantime you may have allocated the funds for other purposes.
None of this affects your statutory rights or ability to obtain a full refund. We consider consumer rights in all our dealings and apply all the common sense we possess! If you have any concerns then get in touch.
