An item it isn’t available anymore, will it come back in stock?
When browsing our website, sometimes you’ll notice a product option is marked with a red strike through.
This means either the item is temporarily out of stock, it has been discontinued or we’ve chosen to remove it from our range. If in doubt, please get in touch with us and we’ll clarify the situation.
I’m looking for a specific item that isn’t on your website, can you get it for me?
We carefully curate a selection of the best products from the best brands. This doesn’t mean we can’t help you out though. If there’s a specific item you’re after from one of the brands we stock, get in touch and we may be able to do a special order.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We hold plenty of stock of our best selling products, however some styles and colour variations are ordered in from the manufacturer.
Lead times vary from one working day through to several weeks for more bespoke items. The time to dispatch is displayed on product pages and appears above the “Add To Cart” button.
